Bench worker (Fitting):
a：The applicant should be in good health and spirits, and the education degree should be at least junior high school (including vocational high school).
b：Under the age of 45 with non-drinker, non-gamble and non-crime.
c：With at least two years experience of bench work, fitting and metal plate.
d：Applicants with special contribution in the industry are not restricted by the above-mentioned requirements.

Welder:
a：The applicant should be in good health and spirits, and the education degree should be at least junior high school (including vocational high school).
b：Under the age of 45 with non-drinker, non-gamble and non-crime.
c：With welder certificate, and has at least one year’s experience of handgrip welding and argon-arc welding.
d：Applicants with special contribution in the industry are not restricted by the above-mentioned requirements.
